AUSTIN, TEXAS — March 23, 2021 – Signature Science LLC is pleased to announce that Milton B. Lee, P.E., has joined its Managers Committee. In his accomplished career in the energy sector, Lee led CPS Energy in San Antonio as CEO and General Manager from 2002–2010 and served as COO, CEO and general manager of Austin Energy during the 1990s. Lee currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Southwest Research Institute, Signature Science’s parent company.
Lee also serves as Vice Chairman of the University of North Texas System Board of Regents, as a member of the President’s Council of the University of Texas at San Antonio’s Development Board and as a member of the University of Texas’s Engineering Advisory Board. He is also a Lifetime Trustee on San Antonio Medical Foundation’s Board of Directors, a Trustee Emeritus of Texas Biomedical Research Institute’s Board of Trustees and Chair of the Texas Reliability Entity Board of Directors.
